Target Park comprises 12 units totalling 114,322
sq ft. Phase One was completed in 2006 and comprises 6 units
totalling 53,750 sq ft, all of which have been sold. Occupiers
include Magnet, Raynards Bakery, Johns of Studley and Karmamobility.
Phase Two completed in March 2008 and offers a further 6 units
totalling 60,572 sq ft, with units ranging from 8,019 sq ft
to a possible 32,500 sq ft.
Redditch is a vibrant and successful town on
the M42 corridor and is a pre-eminent manufacturing and distribution
location
Tenure
Units are available on either a virtual freehold or leasehold
basis. Virtual freehold disposals will be based on 999 year
ground leases at peppercorn rent. Units can be provided on
a leasehold basis on full repairing and insuring leases for
a minimum term of 10 years subject to 5 yearly reviews.

Method) is the worlds longest established and most widely
